Texoma is everything that an investor could possibly want in a market they're investing in. It has land to grow, it has affordable prices, it's extremely close to Dallas, it has a base of home buyers that are looking to make purchases and most importantly, it has a future: Tech.
Last fall, Sherman,Texas was named one of 31 tech hubs in the US that aims to improve the semiconductor supply chain. That set off a chain reaction of growth that's bringing hundreds of millions of dollars of investment to our area.

Sherman 'Silicon Alley' Texas
The Texoma Semiconductor Tech Hub was established in October 2023 through the CHIPS Act. It's one of just two tech hubs selected in Texas and one of 31 designated across the United States.
That gave it a share of the $280 billion in federal funding that are available to companies working to develop and manufacture chips. Furthermore, Texas has made an additional $1.4 billion available through the Texas CHIPS Act.
Now, Sherman is competing with those other hubs for a $40 - $70 million grant that will further advance projects.
